Position Overview | The Athletic Events Manager primarily focuses on the planning and execution of athletic events. During the off-season, the position will be required to assist in the planning and execution of non-athletic events as well. The individual is responsible for assisting clients by providing advance planning support, coordinating and arranging resources, providing quotes and invoices and playing a key role in the day of execution. This position plays a key role in establishing and strengthening relationships with on campus and off campus stakeholders through providing exemplary customer service. |
Unit Overview | Administrative Operations mission is to provide stewardship of multi-use facilities, administration of conferences, events and activities, business services and solutions while implementing a culture of safety benefiting the education of students, recruitment of faculty, staff and students and continued enrollment efforts. |
