Position Summary
The Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology/Oncology seeks a physician scientist to be appointed as Assistant/Associate/Full Professor on the tenure track. The candidates should have an outstanding record of accomplishment in clinical care, teaching, and a focused area of research activity in classical hematology. Candidates with a broad range of research interests will be considered, including basic science, translational work, clinical trials, healthcare implementation, and population health/epidemiology in all areas of classical hematology. There is an opportunity for partnership with the IU Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center for those with interests that overlap with cancer care. Demonstrated success in mentorship of young physician-scientists with an interest in classical hematology is highly desired.
