Job Summary | This is an Internal Employment Opportunity University Relations and Marketing is seeking an Associate Vice President of Marketing Services & Solutions. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE), 12-month, professional faculty position. Reporting to the Vice President of University Relations and Marketing, the Associate Vice President of Marketing Services and Solutions is responsible for the oversight and management of the overall operations of university wide printing, mailing, marketing, conference and events services. Marketing Services and Solutions is a self-funding fee for service enterprise within University Relations and Marketing. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and evaluating philosophy, short and long-range goals and objectives. Employees develop, implement and enforce plans, policies, procedures, systems, programs and performance standards. They participate in strategic planning efforts as part of the management team. They are responsible for managing staff, equipment, budget and facilities. They determine resource needs and priorities and make recommendations to executive management. They determine training needs and make appropriate arrangements for provision of training. |

What You Will Need | Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field or relevant combination of equivalent experience and education in fields related to position. 6 years of senior level management and supervisory experience in facilities and operations for a large, complex organization.

This position requires driving a university vehicle or a personal vehicle on behalf of the university; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a motor vehicle history check, possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license in their state of residence, be determined to be position qualified and self-report convictions as per University Policy 05-030. |
