The Department of Sport and Entertainment Management (SPTE) at the University of South Carolina (Columbia, SC) invites applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty position at the Associate Professor level. The basis of the position is 9-months.
Required Education and Experience
Earned doctorate in Sport/Entertainment Management or related discipline; primary teaching and research interests in sport and entertainment marketing; an active research agenda meeting the criteria to be appointed at the rank of associate professor, with a demonstrated ability to generate impactful, peer-reviewed research in premier outlets; strong evidence of (or potential to attract) external funding; a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality classroom instruction.
