Associate Professor

The Department of Statistics in the Physical Sciences Division at the University of Chicago invites applications for a tenured faculty position at the rank of Associate Professor. This search is in the area of computational and applied mathematics (CAM). The successful applicant will be appointed in the Department of Statistics and become a member of the Committee on Computational and Applied Mathematics , joining other Statistics faculty who support the PhD and MS programs in CAM at the University of Chicago.

Minimum qualifications: A PhD in applied mathematics, mathematics, statistics, or related field to computation and applied mathematics, and at least one year of teaching experience as an instructor of record.
