Posting Summary | Oversee systems administration, design and analysis to optimize business systems. Serve as the bridge to connect the needs of end users throughout PACE functional areas with technical solutions and ensure systems involving CRM, marketing tools, and website are functioning properly to better meet the needs of our student population. Take primary responsibility for data quality used by PACE to support students in their pursuit of learning and career goals. Leads, directs, and reviews the work of team members, Web Programmer and Web Content Manager, to accomplish operational plans and results. Assist with departmental data analysis projects, providing expertise around CRM and Inbound Marketing. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements. Establish project priorities to align with strategic organizational goals. Create and define scope and schedule of development and maintenance for information/data analysis projects. Provide training, support, and documentation to users on data systems; work on special projects as assigned. Reports to Manager of Information Systems and Online Learning. |
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience) | Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, business administration or related field and 3-5 years’ relevant experience or equivalent combination required. Salesforce Sales Cloud administration experience required. Data analysis experience required. Demonstrated skills in IT project management, and attention to detail required. Supervisor experience such as work prioritization, coaching and process execution required. Effective interpersonal, communication and analytical skills required. Demonstrated knowledge of basic programming/scripting, web development, and experience with Information Security best practices required. Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a team environment required. |
