The University of Illinois Chicago, Extended Campus (UIC EC) seeks a self-motivated, analytical, and passionate associate director for innovation and recruitment and retention to develop, execute and assess strategic recruitment and retention plans for all UIC Extended Campus programs. Additionally, the position is responsible for leading the recruiting and retention teams and optimizing student-focused processes.
