Degree and Area of Specialization: |
Master's degree in recreation, sports administration, higher education, or related field is required. |
Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience: |
A minimum of 4 years of full-time professional experience that include a broad range of facility management, maintenance, grounds, and custodial services. Background must include experience supervising full-time professional staff, facility management, and budgeting. Demonstrated leadership, strong communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to the successful candidate, as are competencies in recruitment, supervision, and evaluation of both salaried and hourly staff. |
