Experience at establishing collaborations with national and international institutions and establishing community partnerships is desirable. The ADRE will assist and advise the IfA Director in carrying out their responsibilities for the management and development of the IfA. In collaboration with the faculty, the ADRE will provide leadership for academic strategic planning, program development, and service programs at the IfA.
