Job Summary | The College of Professional Programs, Family Resource and Training Center (FRTC) at Eastern Washington University invites applications for a full-time Associate Director for Social Work & Clinical Practice for the Family Resource and Training Center (FRTC) in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Under the direction of the Director of Operations in the Family Resource & Training Center, the Associate Director of Social Work & Clinical Practice exercises responsibility for supervision and support for social work practice as contracted with the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare and includes student internships. About Us The FRTC is a partnership between the EWU College of Professional Programs (CPP) and the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (DHW). The FRTC is a training and service center for recruiting, training, and supporting social workers and foster parents throughout Idaho for the State’s child welfare workforce. The center aims to improve the lives of at-risk children and families, and our mission is to build healthy families and communities. This position requires travel to Coeur d’Alene, ID and Cheney, WA on at least a quarterly basis. See the Job Duties section for a detailed description of the position’s responsibilities.
