Associate Director, Client Relations & Partnerships

The NYU School of Professional Studies (SPS) is seeking an Associate Director of Client Relations to manage external relations with executive education clients and prospective clients of online and in-person professional/executive education and leadership training programs offered by the Preston Robert Tisch Institute for Global Sport (Tisch Institute), within and outside of the sports industry. This professional will implement business development and account management strategies to cultivate high-value relationships with designated companies and new industry partners, and will work with SPS academic and enrollment teams to deliver high quality educational programs, based on client needs. This position will play a key role in building, scaling, and managing key relationships that will drive enrollment and revenue for The Tisch Institute and SPS. Additional responsibilities include tracking, analyzing, and reporting on partner prospecting, enrollment and revenue results, and assistance with benchmarking data to advise on best practices.

Required Experience:
5+ years experience in online/adult learning, graduate education, corporate L&D, business development, sales, marketing, client relation, account management
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Candidates must possess a proven ability to cultivate strong industry partnerships. Exceptional presentation, written and oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are also required. Project management skills/experience. Experience in a corporate environment or administrative role in higher education is preferred. The ability to understand fundamental concepts of . Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, LinkedIn, data analysis and social media skills necessary.



In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $80,000.00 to USD $100,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
