Description

The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) seeks an ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR ADMISSIONS to organize and implement recruitment of transfer, returning adult and international students. Conducts information sessions and community college visits. Determines applicant admissibility. Responsible for the daily work flow of the department including employee training, work assignments, quality control of output, productivity standards, general office or unit management and customer service. Provides technical or topical instruction, guidance and problem resolution for the department providing strong customer service. Assists in decisions regarding policy and procedure.

(Annual Salary: $45,395 - $73,770)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently licensed with a Driver's License from the State of Alabama required.
