The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
 

Position Summary

The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing the transition from traditional analog workflows to a digital ecosystem, ensuring enhanced efficiency, and improved patient care outcomes. The appointee will be responsible for designing, implementing, and directing the digital workflow strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the adoption of innovative technologies across the organization.


Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Digital Workflow Strategy:

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define the vision, goals, and roadmap for transitioning clinical operations to a digital workflow.
  • Assess current workflows, identify pressure points, and design strategies to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and quality in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital workflow implementation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure the digital workflow strategy aligns with best practices.

Integration of Digital Technologies:

  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital technologies with existing systems and workflows.

Change Management and Adoption:

  • Develop change management strategies and plans to support the successful adoption of digital workflows across the organization.
  • Communicate the benefits of digital workflows and address any concerns or resistance.
  • Provide training, resources, and support to ensure staff members are proficient in using digital tools and systems.
  • Monitor adoption rates and continuously identify opportunities for improvement and increased utilization of digital workflows.

Performance Monitoring and Process Improvement:

  • Analyze data and metrics to assess the impact of digital workflows on operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and overall organizational goals.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and inspire a team of clinical operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor???s degree required and 10+ years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading digital workflow initiatives and implementing innovative technologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving change management initiatives and promoting technology adoption.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree is strongly desired.
