The Associate Creative Director for the College of Arts and Sciences is responsible for and manages design staff and the creative concepting, design, layout, and final art production of visual communications projects in print and digital formats. This includes, but is not limited to, newsletters, print advertising, event collateral and support materials, large format signage/banners, presentation materials, videos, photography, advertising, web layouts, and other projects as developed/assigned. This position plans, develops, and strategizes the design of publications, multimedia, and collateral materials that to align with the University of Washington brand and support the College of Arts & Sciences Dean’s Office and Advancement priorities. This position works collaboratively with the College’s Marketing Communications and Advancement teams, executes design projects and advises on overall concepts, images and branding.

Support Communications Strategy and Implementation
Maintain the College of Arts & Sciences brand and support overall communications and marketing strategy for the College. Provide creative and artistic direction for the College’s marketing projects in close collaboration with members of the Marketing and Communications team. Advise on creative direction that best aligns with the College’s marketing objectives.
