JOB DUTIES

You will be responsible for directing UCLA Health’s pharmacy business and financial management, encompassing multiple domains. This will involve providing strategic planning and administrative leadership within the pharmacy service lines to ensure the achievement of the division’s strategic plan, financial budgets, informatics support, operational efficiency, and allocation management measurements. You will: * Act as a liaison between UCLA Health leadership and pharmacy leaders * Create a culture of open communication within a safe and supportive environment * Implement and maintain financial and business goals and objectives * Provide direction for all Pharmacy business and financial operations, including the budget, 340B program, and supply chain * Oversight of Pharmacy systems and analytics Annual Salary Range: $131,100.00 – $323,700.00
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
* We’re seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with five or more years of health system pharmacy experience * Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, MS) or equivalent desired · Extensive Pharmacy Bus Ops knowledge (e.g. Supply Chain, 340B experience) * In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and how to apply them to pharmacy operations and processes to maintain compliance * Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills * Experience implementing pharmacy processes, technology, and capital projects UCLA Health is a world-renowned health system with four award-winning hospitals and more than 250 community clinics throughout Southern California as well as the David Geffen School of Medicine.
