Position Summary
The Associate Director of Diversity Outreach and Recruitment will continuously improve the University’s recruitment of and service to underrepresented students and families through engaged outreach to community partners, collaboration with campus partners, management of internal resources, and supporting the efforts of all campus recruiters regarding serving diverse populations.
Sponsorship Visa sponsorship will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending upon the needs of the unit, available sponsorship budget, and the qualifications of the candidate.

Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree required
Master’s degree in education, social work, counseling, Latinx/Latin American studies, African American studies, Women and Gender Studies or related field is preferred.  
Minimum Experience
Three years of related work experience is required, including experience working with underrepresented and culturally diverse populations and community building. 
English-Spanish bilingual preferred
