Director of Football Recruiting Operations


Position Summary

The Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is searching for a candidate to fill the Director of Football Recruiting Operations position. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing all official and unofficial visits. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with on and off campus vendors
  • Ensure all official and unofficial visits are in compliance with NCAA rules and regulations
  • Assist with building and developing relationships with recruits and their families throughout the entire recruiting process
  • Oversee and manage the recruiting operations student workers
  • Help to maintain accurate recruiting profiles on ARMS
  • Ensure recruiting supplies are always stocked (lanyards, note cards, credentials, etc.)
  • Assist with the acquisition of recruit transcripts
  • Complete all other assigned tasks given by the General Manager and Director of Recruiting and Player Relations

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two or more years of collegiate athletics experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
