SCAD Atlanta seeks an experienced assistant to provide comprehensive, professional administrative support services to the associate dean for fashion, fashion marketing and management, and luxury and brand management; the office of academic services; and the faculty and staff who serve within the assigned school. 
 
In this high-level, full-time position, you will also support your assigned associate dean in collaborations across all units of the university.
 
The successful candidate demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills while exhibiting a commitment to honesty, discipline, integrity, and confidentiality. An eye for detail and accuracy is essential, and the candidate should possess advanced project- and people-management abilities. Always punctual and professional, the candidate is highly organized and responsive and can manage multiple priorities with ease. The ability to thrive as both an individual and team-based contributor as well as demonstrated success working with executive-level personnel are also vital.
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • Two to three years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficient with basic computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and Banner
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign) preferred
