JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Department of History of The Pennsylvania State University invites applications for a full-time Lecturer/Assistant Teaching Professor position (non-tenure track) for the 2021-2022 academic year. This is a fixed-term, 36-week appointment (two academic semesters) to begin August 16, 2021. Responsibilities will include a normal teaching load of six courses (three per semester).
Education and Experience:
Minimum requirements include a PhD in a relevant area at the time of appointment, appropriate teaching experience, and evidence of high quality in teaching.

The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters. The ASR is available for review here .
