Basic Function:
Teach undergraduate courses in economics including courses on principles of economics, competing traditions in economics (history of economics), and/or macroeconomics, advise undergraduate students, and participate in departmental and university governance and service.
Qualifications:

Required:
1. Master’s Degree in economics by time of appointment August 2024.
2. Areas of specialization in history of economics, economic history, and/or macroeconomics.
3. Demonstrated evidence of excellence in teaching.
4. Demonstrated proficiency in written communication skills.
5. Demonstrated strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
6. Demonstrated experience working with diverse groups/populations.
Desired:

1. PhD in economics.

Status Academic Year, Full-time, Non-tenure-track, Limited
End Date of Restriction or Limitation
The position is full-time academic year, non-tenure track limited to 06/28/2025 with anticipated renewal.
