Responsibilities*

 The duties and expectations of this position are to focus on using the techniques learned to improve the performance of organic light emitting devices. Particularly, They will develop technologies for achieving very high intensity, efficient and reliable blue organic light emitting diodes, and developing new polariton device architectures to greatly increase excited state diffusion lengths. They will continue to assist in maintaining the laboratory facilities, will encourage a group culture of cooperation and emphasize laboratory safety. They will work with students and help in the supervision of their projects, and is responsible for driving their own, independent research projects.
