Position Description:

The Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is searching for an outstanding pediatric physiatrist with a strong desire to build their skills, collaborate with other talented physiatrists and further MCW’s clinical practice and enhance the research and education missions. Ample resources including mentorship and development funds are available for the selected candidate.

The selected candidate will practice at the Children's Wisconsin (CW) PM&R clinics, in the growing community clinic locations in the greater Milwaukee and Fox Valley areas, and provide inpatient consults and surgical procedures at CW.  Planning for an inpatient CW IPR unit is underway with health system leaders.

Successful candidates should bring strong clinical abilities, well-refined interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and commitment to MCW’s academic missions. 

PM&R enjoys a large integrated program with 30 faculty at three major teaching hospitals: Children’s Wisconsin, Froedtert Hospital, and Clement J. Zablocki Veterans Administration Hospital.

Position Requirements:

  • Board Certified/Eligible by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
  • Eligible for an unrestricted license in the State of Wisconsin
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of an accredited Pediatric fellowship
