| Description | Ball State University is seeking applications for a full-time tenure track faculty position in Mathematical Sciences, beginning August 19, 2022. |
| Minimum Qualifications | Doctorate in mathematics education, or closely related field from an accredited institution by date of appointment, with at least 18 graduate semester hours of coursework in mathematics content and/or mathematics pedagogy; current or previous K-12 teaching licensure or certification; at least two years of K-12 teaching experience. |

| Preferred Qualifications | Doctorate in mathematics education and a bachelor’s degree or higher in a mathematical science from an accredited institution and by date of appointment; experience or interest in teaching online courses; experience implementing and teaching culturally sustaining pedagogy; scholarship relevant to mathematics education; experience or interest in partnering with public schools. |
