Job Summary
Teaching, scholarly research and writing, and related activities (such as presenting papers at conferences). As appropriate to the candidate’s interest and the school’s needs, duties may also include administrative roles in a research center, as well as ordinary committee service.
Minimum Qualifications
J.D. or equivalent degree with a distinguished academic record; evidence of potential for significant scholarly achievement and teaching ability.
Preferred Qualifications
J.D. or equivalent degree with outstanding academic record, including law review, judicial clerkship, or significant practical experience, an excellent record of scholarly research and publication, and the ability to contribute through teaching and/or service to the intellectual and academic diversity, cultural sensitivity, and excellence of the university community. Areas of interest include constitutional law, criminal justice, criminal law, evidence, health law, property, critical race theory or race & law, and torts.

Areas of interest include constitutional law, criminal justice, criminal law, critical race theory or race & law, evidence, health law, property, and torts.
