Experience the “Big, Wild Life” at the University of Alaska Anchorage. UAA is the largest of the three main campuses of the University of Alaska system, serving nearly 20,000 students. Anchorage, the largest city in Alaska, is a vibrant community with an ethnically diverse population of 300,000, offering a lively intellectual and cultural life. UAA maintains close connections with Anchorage-based government, business and nonprofit employers, giving students a wide range of opportunities for internships, research and real-world experience. The city offers ready access to state and national forests and parks, year-round outdoor recreational activities, and a strong sense of community that makes it attractive for growing families. Anchorage is also the hub for business and industry in Alaska, and leaders of those communities actively seek to employ UAA graduates.

Upon receipt of an employment offer, successful candidates must provide official transcripts documenting academic credentials required for the position as a condition of employment.
