Position Summary
Teaching Specialization Required: Ability to teach a variety of Management courses, but not limited to Principles of Management, Leadership and Ethics, New Venture Creation, Venture Growth Management, and Strategic Management. Classes will be taught in both in-person and online formats. Will also teach graduate level courses. A willingness to teach other management/leadership courses is desirable.  
 
Additional Information: Indiana University Southeast is an AACSB-accredited School of Business and is seeking applicants for an Assistant Professor of Business Administration position. The teaching load is twelve hours per semester with three hours available for research release time (3 / 3 teaching load), both fall and spring semesters with both day and evening classes. Research expectations are consistent with AACSB accreditation. We offer a competitive salary with excellent fringe benefits. Optional summer courses may be available contingent on approved summer pay policies.  
Our Campus: Indiana University Southeast is one of eight Indiana University campuses with approximately 4500 students in our undergraduate and graduate programs. We are located in the Louisville, KY metropolitan area.  
Basic Qualifications
Qualifications: A Ph.D. in Management or a related field from an AACSB accredited School of Business is required (ABD from an AACSB School of Business is also considered). Previous University level teaching experience in Management is desired as is previous non-academic work experience.
