| Position Summary | The Mathematics Department at the University of North Texas invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in combinatorics to begin Fall 2024. Strengths in the department historically include algebraic combinatorics. The successful candidate must demonstrate an active research record with the potential for exceptional research and exhibit excellence in teaching. The responsibilities of the position include pursuing research in combinatorics and teaching undergraduate and graduate courses. |
| Minimum Qualifications | Minimum qualifications are a Ph.D. in mathematics at the time of appointment, a record of high-quality research and publications, and evidence of a strong commitment to undergraduate and graduate education. |
