Assistant Professor, Industrial-Organizational Psychology

The University of Houston–Clear Lake seeks a to hire a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology to teach in the Master’s Industrial-Organizational Psychology program, which is in in the College of Human Sciences and Humanities.

Duties:

• Teach three courses each Fall and Spring semester, with the opportunity for Summer semester teaching.
• Conduct research, preferably in the area of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
• Student advising and participation on program committees.

Required:

1. Earned doctorate in I/O Psychology or related field.

Desired:

Evidence of or potential for teaching excellence across a wide range of I/O psychology courses, including, but not limited to change management, ethics, organizational psychology, leadership, and DEI.
