Assistant Professor, Family Therapy (2 vacancies)

The University of Houston-Clear Lake (UHCL) invites applications for two Assistant Professor positions beginning August, 2022. The faculty members will teach in the Family Therapy Master’s Program. The Family Therapy program is housed within the College of Human Sciences and Humanities.

Duties:

• Teach (fall and spring) as well as advise students and participate on college, program and departmental committees.
• Maintain a productive research program.

Required:

1. An earned doctorate in Family Therapy from an accredited program.

2. Psychology licensure or license-eligibility.

Desired:

Evidence of or potential for teaching excellence across a wide range of Family Therapy courses, particularly with emphases related to Multicultural Competence and Supervision.
