The Department of Mathematical and Digital Sciences at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania invites applications for a full-time tenure-track position in the Digital Forensics and Cybersecurity program at the rank of Assistant Professor to begin in the fall semester of 2022. In addition to the distinct major in Digital Forensics and Cyber Security the department offers majors in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, and Computer Science.  

About the Program: The Digital Forensics program has been designated a program of distinction by the University and a Center of Academic Excellence by the National Security Agency and Department of Homeland Security. The program began in the fall of 2007 and has grown since then in the number of students, graduates, faculty and courses.   An online certificate in digital forensics was started in Summer 2019.  Graduates are in high demand and are in cyber security positions in industry, government and law enforcement around the nation.
