The Wesleyan University Economics Department invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Economics to begin July 1, 2023 from scholars with research interests in environmental economics. The teaching load is 2/2. Additional duties include carrying on a program of research, advising and mentoring students, and participating in faculty governance at the departmental and university level. Wesleyan is a top selective liberal arts college that highly values both scholarship and teaching, has a strong and diverse undergraduate student body, offers a generous pre-tenure sabbatical program, and provides competitive salaries and benefits.
