Assistant Professor, Chair of the Department of Endodontics (Internal Only)

Creighton University invites nominations and applications for the position of Chair of the Department of Endodontics. The Chair will  provide direction and management of the didactic, pre-clinical, and clinical instruction in coordination with the other departments and the School’s pre-doctoral curriculum.  

This position involves engaging the faculty of the department in research and service activities in alignment with the mission and purpose of the department, School and University.  

The Chair will need to work collaboratively in a collegial environment with other department Chairs and leadership of the School to assure that the department is integrated within the School and the University and fosters the continued growth of the team practice model.  

Primary appointment will be in the Department of Endodontics. Candidates must possess a DDS/DMD and present a sustained record of teaching, scholarship, and service. 
 
The position includes advancement opportunity through rank and tenure processes of the University.

Ability to provide evidence of excellent university-level teaching and/or significant publications
