Position Summary:

The Department of Information Systems & Business Analytics (ISBA) in the Neil Griffin College of Business at Arkansas State University (A-State) invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level beginning Fall 2024. Teaching and research interests in all areas of information systems will be considered. Interest and knowledge in the areas of business analytics, database management, data visualization, big data analysis, optimization and ERP is highly valued. Primary responsibilities include teaching ISBA courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, conducting scholarly research that results in quality peer reviewed publications, and service to the department, college, and university
The AACSB-accredited Neil Griffin College of Business is one of the up-and-coming business colleges in the region. The Department of ISBA recently redesigned its curriculum with a greater emphasis on business analytics


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • All faculty members, regardless of rank or tenure, are expected to undertake teaching, creative activity, service, and professional development in the best interest of the students, university, and community-at-large
  • All faculty members are expected to assume student academic advisement responsibilities in addition to their regular teaching loads
  • Other duties as assigned

Monday - Friday
