Job Description

The Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi (TAMU-CC) College of Business, Department of Management & Marketing, invites applicants for a non-tenure track Assistant Professional Professor of Management to begin in fall 2022. This position is open to all areas of Management (all disciplines in the field of management will be considered). This position will teach a variety of management-related courses and engage in service to support student career readiness and personal development in collaboration with the University’s Career & Professional Development Center. This position is a 9-month appointment and will be located at the Corpus Christi campus. The workload for professional track faculty is a 5:5 per academic year.

Accredited in both business and accounting by AACSB International, the TAMU-CC College of Business serves a diverse student body on the Corpus Christi Island Campus, on the Brazos Valley RELLIS Campus, and online. Required Qualifications:   

• Master’s degree in Management or closely related discipline.

• Applicants must have 18 graduate credit hours in Management or closely related discipline.

• Demonstrated record of teaching excellence in management or closely related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Terminal degree (e.g., PhD or DBA) in management or closely related discipline.

• Earned degrees from an AACSB accredited college.

• A portfolio of professional managerial experience.

• Experience with career and professional development.

• Experience with online instruction.
