Job Details | Assistant/Associate Professor of Management/Human Resource Management The E. Craig Wall Sr. College of Business Administration at Coastal Carolina University invites applications for a full-time tenure-track position in Human Resource Management at the Assistant/Associate Professor level beginning Fall 2024. The position includes responsibilities in the areas of research, teaching, and service. Teaching responsibilities may include undergraduate and graduate courses in the area of human resource management, with other potential opportunities in principles of management or other areas depending on expertise. Teaching expectations are typically three courses per semester. In addition to teaching responsibilities, engagement in scholarship is required. The individual will also be responsible for advising and mentoring undergraduate students, contributing to the assessment of student learning outcomes, and engaging in other service activities within the department, college, campus, community, and profession. The candidate will have a Ph.D. or D.B.A. from an AACSB-accredited institution in management or a related discipline. A.B.D.s with a clear plan for completion by December 31, 2024, are also encouraged to apply. A candidate with a completed Ph.D./D.B.A. is expected to publish in quality refereed journals.
