Both the Clinical Health Psychology and Pediatric School Psychology concentrations are accredited by the American Psychological Association. The Health Psychology program is a current and past recipient of a Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Graduate Psychology Education training grant. The Department is also experiencing an unprecedented level of investment from the State of North Carolina in its clinical health psychology and pediatric school psychology doctoral programs and psychology clinic associated with these programs (https://psychology.ecu.edu/pass/). Faculty routinely collaborate with colleagues throughout the schools and colleges of ECU and have established strong connections with ECU’s School of Dental Medicine, College of Education, and various departments in Brody School of Medicine, including Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry, and Cardiology. |
