| Description of Job Duties and Responsibilities | - Reports to the Head Football Coach; - Serves as a role model to players in character, personal fitness, integrity, respect and loyalty; - Demonstrates high energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude when in football environment; - Ensures development of positive, productive and effective relationships with players; - Develops appropriate plan for and implements skills development for players; - Ensures clear communication in all applicable areas to the Head Coach and coaching colleagues; - Coordinates group and position meetings (through staff) as assigned and as appropriate; - Builds practice plans; - Oversees/manages individual drill work; - Demonstrates character and integrity in recruiting and abides by all institutional and NCAA rules; - Fulfills all recruiting assignments and work; - Plans and coordinates the football camp program, ensuring development and execution of all details, appropriate advertising for the camp, and the appropriate security of funds and financial records for the program; and, - Performs related duties as assigned or as necessary. |
