Position Function | As a member of the Advancement Services and Prospect Development team and reporting to the Senior Director of Advancement Services, the Assistant Director of Gift Processing manages the Gift Processing department, as well as personally batching and processing gifts into the database of record (Raiser’s Edge NXT). The Assistant Director will take a leading role in establishing and following internal controls, validation and quality assurance processes to ensure constituent and gift records are accurate, and will oversee management of documentation and record keeping ensuring compliance to donor intention. |
Minimum Education | Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution, or in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree an Associate Degree and two or more additional years of related experience. |
Minimum Experience | At least one year of related experience and/or experience in banking, accounting, retail cash management. |

Job Duty | Manage the Gift Processing Department and all day-to-day operations. Establish and follow procedures for accurate and timely batching, processing and receipting charitable gifts in compliance with IRS regulations and BSUF policy. |
