Summary of Position | Reporting to the Director of the Aulbani J. Beauregard Center for Equity, Justice, and Freedom, the Assistant Director of Education and Outreach provides support, advising, advocacy, and outreach to students from historically excluded and underserved backgrounds at the University. The Assistant Director is responsible for planning, designing, and implementing educational programming, trainings, and workshops for students. The Assistant Director supervises student staff and interns and leads campus partners in the implementation of education and outreach initiatives. The Assistant Director serves as an advisor and resource for students and diversity-based student organizations. The Assistant Director supports the Beauregard Center operations through project management, financial management, and other Center oversight initiatives. The Assistant Director is a fully on-site position that collaborates with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders to develop resources and implement initiatives in support of community, equity, and inclusion at the University.
