Position Description

If so, we need you to be our next Assistant Director for Resident Learning! In this role, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of educational and community-building programs for a residential population of over 6,000 students from across the globe. The Assistant Director for Resident Learning will work closely with the Director of the Resident Experience and cultivate relationships with campus partners to build a broad portfolio of educational strategies including Living-Learning Communities, Themed Communities, and a robust Residential Curriculum. In this role, you will directly supervise two staff members and receive implementation support from the entire Resident Experience team.
