The team’s mission is two-fold: 1) To support students’ career exploration, leadership, and professional development through enhanced programming and individualized coaching, which will equip students with the skills needed to acquire their desired internships and full-time jobs, as well as prepare them for long-term career success; and 2) To develop and maintain strong relationships with employers to assist in hiring top talent and making UNC and Kenan-Flagler preferred destinations for their talent acquisition needs.
