Join Student Development as an Assistant Director for Student Transitions and Family Programs! This is a full time benefit eligible position that offers health, dental and vision insurance, retirement, disability, tuition assistance for you and your dependents, vacation/sick accrual and holiday pay. Reporting to the Director of Student Transitions & Family Programs, the Assistant Director is responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, and assessment of transition and orientation programs that support and enhance the transitions of new students and their families as they transition in and through the institution. This position leads the department’s efforts to design, implement, manage, and assess transition programs for undergraduate students. The Asst. Director oversees Orientation Leaders and Blue Crew Counselor student leader recruitment and the Camp Blue program. This position, in partnership with the Director and Associate Director, assists with Orientation, Welcome Weekend, New Student Move-in and supports parents/family programs. |
