Position Description
Advertised Job Summary | The Office of Undergraduate Admissions seeks an Assistant Director for Access and Recruitment. The Assistant Director is responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of outreach and access initiatives. The Assistant Director will have a full range of admissions responsibilities, including implementing the strategic recruitment plan using a budget-conscious approach. The Assistant Director will manage one direct report who is responsible for overseeing 50+ student volunteers. The Assistant Director will also coordinate several on- and off-campus recruitment events throughout the admissions cycle. As a member of the management team in Undergraduate Admissions, this person will participate in the strategic and tactical decisions for the office. Position requires some evening and weekend work, as well as limited travel. |
