Facilities Human Resources supports the Facilities Division and is committed to providing top quality and best HR services and assistance to all Facilities employees. FHR acts as a liaison to the university’s Human Resources department, providing those same services to our employees at the local level and focusing solely on Facilities staff and their needs. |
Essential Job Duties | The primary purpose of the Assistant Director of HR Operations will be oversight of various HR operational functions and staff within the Facilities Division of the University. The role involves managing critical areas such as hiring, timekeeping, payroll, leave administration, records administration, performance management, benefits, process documentation, and position & salary management. Additionally, the position will involve providing advanced HR consulting and expertise to support employees, managers, and leaders with specialized HR operational needs, as well as serving as the primary unit affirmative action officer for hiring actions.
