ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, DIGITAL DELIVERIES, EXECUTIVE EDUCATION, Sloan School of Management-Executive Education, to collaborate with program coordinators, program directors, other staff, faculty, clients, and vendors in delivering world-class online executive education programs to companies and individuals.  Will model best practices in operational policies, processes, and procedures to ensure the quality and integrity of online program delivery; serve as point-of-resource for program coordinators and directors before, during, and after digital program deliveries; pilot new digital platforms; identify areas for improvements in digital processes and operations; organize and lead digital trainings; negotiate contracts and pricing and follow through to ensure responsiveness of vendors and other resources; maintain a large repository of digital assets, including videos, learning design plans, and written and content-based notes and assignments; act as a liaison across Sloan Executive Education to deliver hybrid and cross-functional digital programs; and lead the development and management of the new digital program from planning stages through implementation and delivery.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED:  bachelor's degree, five years’ administrative and/or project/program management experience, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, solid knowledge of organizational policies and practices in order to interpret and determine appropriate course of action, and an entrepreneurial approach to working on new projects and generating new ideas.  Must be able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously; maintain training documentation; collaborate on achieving organizational goals; lead and deliver complex and challenging programs; contribute to building a respectful, professional environment; build relationships and respond to client/customer, faculty, and program director needs; and work effectively in a sometimes stressful work environment with changing priorities and limited supervision.  PREFERRED:  familiarity with Sloan and MIT faculty.  Job #21212-8
