Minimum Position Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area and two (2) years of accounting, finance, business, and/or human resources experience. Relevant experience may substitute for required education.
Special Conditions
The Department of Athletics is especially interested in persons with experience in preparing NCAA and Conference reports.
Must be able to comply with Athletic department, University, TBR, and NCAA policies and procedures.
This position is posted until filled. The department will begin screening immediately.

8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Reconcile income statement and balance sheet accounts to supporting documentation including monthly/quarterly reconciliation of ticket sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, deferred revenue, prepaid expenses, etc.

Assist with creation, updates, and coordination distribution of monthly budget reports for all sports and administrative units. Assist with monitoring budget performance and alert leadership of any potential issues.

Assist with contracts, including for various sport games, to include ensuring appropriate review, obtaining approvals, organizing documentation, and tracking of key terms/deadlines. Processing payments related to game guarantees specified in game contracts. Serve as secondary support for the submission of athletics invoices and reimbursements.

Assist with daily deposits of cash/checks and accurate recording of credit/other sales. Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained for audit purposes and compliance with appropriate policies and procedures.
