Job Description

Assists head coach with coaching the offense, recruiting, game day preparation and scouting reports. Serves as a Campus Security Authority (CSA).; Work hours: Mon-Fri; 8 AM-5 PM or as work requirements indicate

Responsibilities:
-50% Coaches student athletes individually and in groups, and demonstrates game techniques. May manage a designated skill development area or group of positions. Instructs student athletes on physical health, team concepts and safety. Instructs student athletes in the rules and fundamentals of their sport. Ensures adherence to all Association, Conference, and University rules by student athletes and supporting staff.
-25% Assists Head Coach with recruiting efforts, game day preparation and putting together scouting reports
-20% This position may be required to perform tasks related to game administration of sporting events hosted by Tarleton State University.
-5% Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
-Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Previous coaching experience.
