Position Summary
The Department of Medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSM) is seeking an Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Medicine. These are Full-Time Tenure-Track positions in the Division of Clinical Pharmacology. Both clinicians and non-clinicians are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have an MD/DO and/or PhD. Clinical faculty would practice at an Academic Health Center (AHC) hospital including Methodist, University, and Eskenazi. A competitive start-up package will be provided. Candidate will be considered across broad areas of expertise, including basic research, translational research, and clinical trials. This position is ideal for a highly motivated clinician/researcher with a track record of research excellence. The expectation is to apply for funding to augment research support and gain a track record of successful applications.
This position requires participation in the division’s education activities, including, but not limited to, Didactics, Seminars, and Journal Club activities. Also, participation in the division’s training and mentoring of graduate students and postdoctoral fellows is expected.

The Division of Clinical Pharmacology conducts groundbreaking translational research in the area of drug discovery and development, drug interactions, and genomic variants that impact therapeutic effectiveness. Basic Qualifications
A Doctorate or Terminal degree is required – MD/DO and/or PhD.
The faculty rank for these tenure-track positions will be based on the qualifications of the successful candidate.
