Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Associate Dean for COB Accreditation, the incumbent is responsible for supporting several key accreditation processes: updating COB’s internal databased based on faculty members’ updated CVs,  tracking, predicting and generating faculty qualification ratio tables every semester based on enrollment data,  providing analytical and database support for required AoL assessment activities and assessment reports across different disciples and programs alongside compiling and producing EII (Engagement, Impact and Innovation) and societal impact tracking records and EII quarterly issues. The incumbent will collaborate with other divisions to track how DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) is related AACSB 2020 Standards.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Follow all AACSB standards and reports and be able to interpret them for COB. People Soft knowledge is useful. Generating and analyzing PARSCORE reports. Knowledge of COB CMS software is preferable. Must have knowledge of MS Office, and proficient in Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Sketch. Must possess advanced knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas: evaluation; data analytics, procedural analysis; database management; computer hardware and numerous applications; reporting for AACSB accreditation.

Ability to communicate with an ethnically and culturally diverse campus community.  Ability to follow all university policies, procedures, and guidelines including but not limited to safety, civility, information security, and non-discrimination policies and procedures.  Ability to contribute to a positive university experience for each and every student, and assist in achieving the university's commitment to a "vision of excellence."


Education and Experience

Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of related experience required.

Compensation

The targeted salary may be set as high as $4,600 per month based on experience. The salary range for this classification is $3,288 to $6,347 per month.

Time Base

Full-time temporary position for 1 year with no permanent status granted. Temporary assignments may expire prior to the ending date.
