Job Summary
This position will be responsible for maintaining the systems at an application level and to work collaboratively with IT to meet the needs of the departmental users. This position will be dedicated to providing user support and training for PowerScribe voice recognition software and other department applications. Additional duties include providing support for faculty presentations and the department quality reporting process.
